THE SPILLING CUP

The Spilling Cup is an intimate, compassionate and angry play surrounding a woman's struggle with Endometriosis. It talks to the realities of living with a chronic illness, one that is deeply misunderstood and stigmatised by society, one that can be both empowering, hilarious and devastating. Spilling Cup which is largely autobiographical critiques a culture in which women's health is downplayed, periods are seen as shameful and education is lacking and seeks to start a conversation both educating audiences while connecting and validating those.
